In the end, I am always looking forward to try new beers or beers that I never had.  This beer was no different.  I was in Chicago for the weekend and I stopped in one of my old liquor stores.  I came across this can, which was Buckledown Oktoberfest.  I like it. I am not a huge Oktoberfest fan but I will try new ones here and there.  I will have to make a trip to Chicago next fall to get this beer.   I highly recommend this beer.  Go get some!  Drink it!  Enjoy it!  Metal it!  \m/

Cheers!

Ending, I know many of you out there from my readers here and friends of mine.  They all know that I am not a fan of this craft brewery.  I just feel that they could be make better beers.  They have no pressure right now to check anything.  Michigan craft beer market is still growing along with their drinkers.  Once it is hits the peak.  I believe they will need to change some things up at that time.  I just wished they made better beer, however, this beer is pretty good.  It is better than most of their beers.  I recommend this beer.  Go get some!  Drink it!  Enjoy it!  Metal it!  \m/

Cheers!

Ending, I know my readers know that I am a huge fan of Goose Island.  I became a fan when I lived in the Chicago market for about eight years.  I always look forward to their fall and winter seasonals.  This Oktoberfest did not disappoint me this year.  It is just like last years.  There is many craft breweries that love to change their recipes of their seasonal beers.  This brewery is no different.  I am happy that they kept this one the same from last year’s version.  This is by far best Oktoberfest to me for this season. I love it.  I am not a caramel from candy and ice cream topping.  I have to say I love caramel notes in the beer.  I highly recommend this beer.  Go get some! Drink it! Enjoy it!  Metal it!  \m/

Cheers!
