New Beer Blog North Peak Brewery Archangel Summer Wheat

In this beer blog, we are going to get into the summer seasonal from North Peak Brewery.  It is their Archangel Summer Wheat.  If you read my earlier beer blog posts on their beers, you know the history of this Michigan craft brewery.  If you have not, please, read them to get to know this Midwest craft brewery.  Let us get into this Wheat Ale.

It has a cloudy golden with a white constant head. The smell has a wheaty notes. The taste has a sweet cherry to tart notes. The aftertaste has a cherry like finish. It is pretty drinkable beer.

Here is a description from their website (

Ending, I have started to take a liking to this craft brewery of late.  I just revisit all their beers after not liking them the first time.  I am not a wheat fan but I love cherries and Michigan cherries.  I like it. It is pretty tart at the backend.  There is a nice balance and it is pretty refreshing brew.  I will not go out of my way to get more of this brew.  I will revisit it next season.  I highly recommend beer.  Go get some!  Drink it!  Enjoy it!  Metal it!  \m/
